A Point is a Point

With everyone up in arms about how bad the Penguins looked Saturday night, there is one thing that everyone should remember, we still got a point out of it, 2 if it wouldnt have been for an unlucky bounce. Sure M.A.fer played his balls off, but thats what Elite goaltenders are supposed to do, steal you some points thru-out the season. He's gotten us one so far.

the next game should be a little easier to get in the goal scoring rythum. The flyers have a Biron back there, who has been playing anything but solid hockey so far, actually he was pulled in the last game for the likes of Antero Nittymaki. The Philly defense will be suspect also after losing 2 of their top "d" men in Randy Jones and Ryan Parent, they will be dressing 18 year old Luca Sbisa, who with some experience will be a solid defensemen, but not yet.

To further help out the Penguins cause Philadelphia fan favorite Steve Downie is healthy, so look forward to some timely penalties and some costly turnovers that Crosby and Malkin will turn into goals.

If not for those reasons then for the simple fact that i will be in attendance and i will not put up anything less than The Pens beating the hell out of Phily in front of the home crowd, atleast by 5 goals. that would make my night.

GO PENS
